Pork Chashu

BUKUBUKU Pork Chashu is carefully and slowly “sous vide” cooked for 4+ hours in rich yet simple ingredients. We do not use MSG, Fish or artifical binding glue to keep it rolled.  We did our BEST to keep the same style as a ramen chef would in the kitchen. The marinade flavor strength is our greatest pride because it does not interfere with the flavor of your ramen soup and it can also be enjoyed as a pork chashu bowl.
